Back in Aug. 25 1949 my dad paced away, I was 9 months old. As soon as my mother got his military insurance money she took me and we left town. She later remarried and in 1951 she gave birth to a boy.
I grew up thinking this man was my father. It wasn't until about 15 years ago that I found out he wasn't my dad and that I had a family out there I knew nothing about. Thats when I got into Genealogy.

Its been a happy, sad, exciting and heartbreaking journey that I wouldn't trade for anything.
